Red Wine Salt for Easter Dinner
Celebrate Easter with your family by having a delicious dinner together. Beautifully colourful red wine salt is a perfect way to add some extra flavour to your roasted lamb, a great table salt or a gift to bring to your friends. 1 pack (800 g) of coarse grain sea salt
3 dl red wine
1. Simmer the red wine until there is about 3,5 tablespoons left. The red wine can become thick and syrup-like.
2. Mix the red wine into the salt so that the salt is evenly coloured.
3. Spread the salt onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and let dry in room temperature for at least 24 hours.
4. Pack the dried salt into an airtight glass container or a salt grinder.
