200 ml coconut cream or thick coconut milk
500 g watermelon
circa. 1 tbsp lemon juice
circa. 2 tsp agave syrup (or honey)
a few ice cubes
Remove the watermelon rind. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
