You have the right to return or exchange your order by contacting the Balmuir Web Store within 14 days of the delivery. This is stated in the Finnish consumer protection legislation. Please contact us at customerservice(at)balmuir.com for your return instructions.
Notice: Personalized products and cosmetics are not eligible for returns or changes.
Returned products must be unused, in the condition they were in when received by you, include all additional parts included in the order and repackaged into its original package or an equivalent. The product must be returned immediately after notifying Balmuir of a return. If the package should be lost in transit, Balmuir will not be responsible.
Please remember to return the product with a copy of the delivery note with a reason for the return. When we have received your shipment, the amount will be refunded. We will not refund the cost of return-shipping costs.
Additional notes: The merchandise offered in Balmuir Web Store is presented in the format of digital images of existing merchandise. Since leather is a natural product, minor divergences of the photographs from reality do not constitute a defect of the ordered merchandise.
