Return policy
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of the delivery. This is stated in the Finnish consumer protection legislation.
How to make a return?
Request a UPS return here. Click “Continue as guest” and fill out the form with the needed details. Please enter the value “1” in the field titled “Weight”. After you send the form forward (by clicking on “Process shipment”) you will receive a UPS return label via e-mail, that you can download and print out. Attach the label on the surface of the package with transparent tape, covering your address on the packet. Bring the package to a UPS Access Point™ and keep the receipt to yourself. Alternatively, you can request UPS to pick up the package at your own expense.
Notice: Personalized products and cosmetics are not eligible for returns or changes.
Returned products must be unused, in the condition they were in when received by you, include all additional parts included in the order and repackaged into its original package or an equivalent. The product must be returned immediately after notifying Balmuir of a return. If the package should be lost in transit, Balmuir will not be responsible.
Please remember to return the product with a copy of the delivery note with a reason for the return. When we have received your shipment, the amount will be refunded. We will not refund the cost of return-shipping costs.
Additional notes: The merchandise offered in Balmuir Web Store is presented in the format of digital images of existing merchandise. Minor divergences of the photographs from reality do not constitute a defect of the ordered merchandise.
