Balmuir Oy (later online shop) sells products to private persons in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

We retain the right to change the terms of delivery or prices. The product prices include VAT.

Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to these locations:
Cyprus. France: Guadalupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, Mayotte, French Southern Territories, Wallis and Futuna, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Sainth Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Monaco, Corsica. Denmark: Faroe Islands, Greenland. Finland: Åland. Malta.

Please make sure that the delivery address, phone number and email address you provided are correct.

Shipping costs for products bought from the Balmuir webshop include packaging and postage. The prices of the different delivery methods can be viewed on the Checkout page when the items are moved to the shopping cart.

What are the shipping costs?

We charge a flat rate of €4.90 for shipping per order. The delivery method is UPS Standard.

The fixed cost covers normal sized post packages and bags. If your order is signifigantly larger or requires use of a pallet, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs.

In these cases we will first contact you and no products will be sent without your permission.

Our Web Store is not responsible for loss or damage of the product during delivery. We will choose the best service provider to deliver your Balmuir product. All actions from you are just a signature when you receive your package. Balmuir is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure. Balmuir also reserves the right to perform partial deliveries.

Please note that additional customs, duties and brokerage charges may apply depending on the destination and will be collected at the time of delivery. This is part of your responsibility.

Delivery time

Generally, delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. Please note that, for example, during sales and campaigns the number of orders may increase suddenly, which will affect the estimated delivery times.
